If you did not see the ‘Congratulations’ window (see example screenshot), and have arrived on this page, it may mean that the security built into your modem is not currently working as it should be.
Here is what you should do now:
  1. Clear your browser cache, or cookies, and try again. Sometimes computers “remember” previously visited versions of web pages. For help, visit our support center.
  2. Make sure that you are using a compatible CenturyLink modem model. Secure WiFi currently only works on CenturyLink C1100 and C3000 gateways (modems), obtained directly from CenturyLink.
  3. Make sure that you have not changed the modem settings as that may disable the security from working as designed.
